Use foul language,

Drink Alcohol or Smoke,

Complain,

Make Excuses,

Hit on your guests,

Promise things we can't deliver,

Over-book our dates,

Sell your reception to a sub-contractor,

Stick you with hidden costs,

Play music that has foul language or is demeaning to anyone,

 

 

And we will never

Have a bad attitude!

 

 

The standards on the left represent the level of customer service Dynamite DJ promises to obtain at each and every event.  The standards on the right are real issues we have seen taken for granted, looked over and abused in our industry.  Even though we have seen these standards broken by our competitors, we are determined never to join them in this unethical behavior!
